Creamy Rotisserie Pasta
⏱ 1¼ teaspoon grated lemon zest, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, red pepper crushed, red onion ground pepper, ¾ cup shredded rotisserie, Plus more for garnish, chicken👤 Serves 2
Instructions
1. Bring water to a boil in a large Dutch oven over high heat. Once-add the pasta according to package directions. Wipe the pot clean, return the pot to medium-high heat. Add onion and 2 teaspoons salt, cook, stirring often, until softened, 4 to 5 minutes. Add spinach and garlic, until softened about 1 minute. Divide among 4 bowls & garnish with additional parsley and black pepper if desired.
