Overnight Oats with Berries

Instructions

  1. Stir oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon together in a jar or container with a lid.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours. The oats will absorb the liquid and the chia seeds will swell, creating a thick, creamy texture.
  3. In the morning, give it a stir and add a splash more milk if it's too thick for your liking.
  4. Top with fresh berries, banana slices, a handful of nuts, and granola for crunch.

Notes

Make 3-4 jars on Sunday and breakfast is sorted for the week. They keep beautifully in the fridge for 4-5 days. Add toppings fresh each morning.
