Sheet Pan Salmon with Asparagus

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment.
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic, honey, Dijon, and paprika in a bowl. Toss asparagus with half the mixture and spread on the sheet pan.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the pan. Brush with remaining mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Tuck lemon slices around everything.
  4. Roast 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and asparagus is tender-crisp.
  5. Finish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.

Notes

Don't overcook the salmon — it's done when it flakes at the thickest part and is still slightly darker pink in the center. It will carry-over cook a bit off the heat.
